This is an extremely outstanding Colt Custom Shop Single Action Army. Likely one of a kind, built in 2012 by Richard Stoddard, Colt gifted it to him upon his Retirement in December of that year. Rich was a Navy Veteran in Vietnam, and worked at Colt from 1974-2012 when he retired. He spent the last 20+ Years as a master pistolsmith in their Custom shop.

This Colt looks to be unfired save for the 5 in the test target, 5 burn rings on the cyl face. Special features include Flat Top Target sights, custom cylinder frame and barrel. 1860 Extended grip frame wearing one piece figured Walnut grips. Fire blue accents with all screws regulated. Blackpowder chamfer on the cylinder, full Royal blued finish. The gun is stunning to behold and is sure to be a fantastic shooter if you wanted to shoot it. Comes with spare fitted bolt and sear/bolt spring, and a spare front sight, original Colt box and matching sleeve, as well as a Colt Archive letter and test target, signed by Mr Stoddard.

Sadly Rich passed away in 2018.
